About Tango

Argentine Tango is a passionate and elegant dance that emerged from the streets of Buenos Aires, Argentina, and Montevideo, Uruguay, in the late 19th century. It is known for its close embrace and improvisational nature, allowing for endless creativity and expression between dancers. Tango music is often characterised by its emotive melodies and complex rhythms, and dancers strive to connect with the music and each other through subtle movements and intricate footwork.
